New high voltage DC generator with AFP (touch screen Active Front Panel) for glow discharge processes

New BDISCOM high efficency (90%) high voltage DC power supply to be used in any R/D or industrial vacuum plasma system.

The new BDS Glow is used to obtain very stable and reliable HV DC plasma in order to clean or etch the substrates before the coating processes.

As most of the new BDISCOM PSU families, it is equiped with a user friendly touch screen active display and one encoder to maximize the parameter set up, resolution and fine adjustment.
